Our premium 100% oak aged haskap wine is a wonderful wine to pair with many flavourful dishes.

Our premium 100% oak aged haskap wine is a wonderful wine to pair with many flavourful dishes. Our “Baker Buck” pairs well with nearly all red meat, including prime rib, New York strip and filet mignon.
Also try lamb or any wild meat such as moose or deer. A great wine to accompany BBQ’ed fair and most wood fired pizza.
Try it also with some sharp Cheddar cheese or Gouda and watch the magic happen!
