Meticulously crafted from haskap berries grown in the fertile Acadian terroir and enhanced by the continental climate of New Brunswick’s Upper Saint John River Valley, our first wine, represented by the majestic local moose, the Baker Buck was first bottled in October 2022. In this same way, our love of nature, pure and wild, is told in a story to be savored in each bottle!
